+20 Companionship: A D10 Die Engagement Ring

d10-engagement-ring.jpg

This is a D10 die engagement ring. It was custom made, but doesn't contain any precious stones so it was probably still significantly cheaper than a traditional engagement ring. Because what better way to symbolize a relationship than PURE CHANCE. Rolling for true love -- come on, daddy needs a ten! *rolls* A two?! F***, we don't even like each other do we?

Thanks to chichi, who agrees if diamonds are a girl's best friend then dice are probably frenemies.

Actually lower is usually better on a D10, in D&D at least. Roll 2 D10s for a percentage. 01 is the best, 00 (100) is the worst. So 2 on your first roll gives you a pretty high chance of succeeding.
Unless you're talking about some other geeky tabletop game that I've never heard of.
