Decent: Ghostbusters Theme Performed On Floppy Drives

floppy-ghostbusters-theme.jpg

This is a video of the Ghostbusters theme performed on eight floppy drives as programmed by floppy aficionado MrSolidSnake745. Admittedly, it's probably one of the best "songs performed on floppy drives" renditions I've heard, and that's saying a lot because some days my tip line is literally OVERFLOWING with them. I'm joking, but some days half the tips I get really are that one rendering of the naked dude boning a t-rex with some sort of comment like "Is this you?" or "Get it, GW!". ENTIRELY NSFW LINK HERE if you've never seen it before. There, I posted it -- you all happy now? I'd give everyone shoutouts but they would seriously be in the high hundreds if not over 1,000. Easily the most popular tip I get. So yeah, the Ghostbusters theme performed on floppy drivers. Impressive, but you know what would be even MORE impressive performed on floppy drives? Any skateboarding trick. I'm serious, even just a decent ollie and I'd probably go bananas.

Hit the jump for the video, but skip through a little bit for it to get good (it does actually get kinda good).

Thanks to ChaosLex, who like, REALLY loves chaos. Me? I really love sleeping.

This is a $35 one-piece Stay Puft Marshmallow Man pajama suit. Cute, but it looks a little tight for me. Especially around the...you know. "Cuffs?" Come on! I was trying to fake like I have a big peen. Thanks to Linny, who agrees you wear that thing to bed and you stand a... / Continue →

This is a neon sign featuring two ghostbusters proton-packing Slimer. It looks like almost an exact replica of the animated gif version posted in this article last year. The sign adorns the Mexican restaurant Touché Hombre in Melbourne, Australia and the zapping action is ani... / Continue →

This was pretty badass, and if you liked this you might also like the star spangled banner done by a red bull F1 racer, extreamly accurate! lol

Nice, this captured each note pretty well. (I wonder if there's an Inspector Gadget version too -- that would be pretty sweet)
