Fan-Made Trailer For HD Version Of Zelda: Majora's Mask

June 6, 2012 / count me in, do want, fan-film, i liked that game, just do it already don't think about it just damn make it, looking good, majora's mask, make it a reality, nintendo, remake, video games, we all wear many different masks throughout our life (except me -- i'm been rocking the same plague doctor one for like 11 years now), would probably buy a wii u for yes it's true i'm a sucker okay?, zelda

I got this tip both advertising the video as a fan-film AND as an actual teaser trailer for an upcoming high definition Wii U release of Majora's Mask. I'm gonna say it's just a fan-made trailer though, that way I don't feel pressured to buy a Wii U. It's kinda sad when the only games you're looking forward to on a new console are high-definition remakes of old ones. Now, I'm sure we've talked about this before, but I really enjoyed Majora's Mask. I beat the entire game on the Gamecube emulator I had on my laptop during a graduate marketing class one semester. That's pretty much all I remember from that class. Well, that, and if you went up to ask the professor a question during an exam you had to keep your distance because when she opened her mouth it smelled like she'd just eaten a bag of shit.

Thanks to brass and Wilmersama, who agree Nintendo should probably just go ahead and start releasing HD versions of ALL the previous Zelda games if they have any intention of staying afloat.

  • Umm... GW, Majora's Mask is an N64 game.

    Sure, there's a version of it on the Legend of Zelda Collector's Disc for GC, but it's a choppy mess.

  • Yes, which is why I noticed that the article says he played it on a GAMECUBE emulator... that's just a dumb idea.

    I don't know how what I wrote is stupid in any way.

  • GW was stating that he played the Gamecube version on a Gamecube Emulator. You exclaiming that he is wrong, when really he could be correct and probably is, just makes you look like an ass. Only he would know if he used a N64 and GC Emulator and you would not.

  • He never said he played the Gamecube version... I'm just guessing that he picked a system (possibly intentionally incorrectly) and that the statement in the article is just a joke.

    I didn't say he's "wrong" I'm just saying it's a dumb idea... because it would be much better to play the N64 version on an emulator instead of playing what would be an emulation of an already emulated version of a game. TOO MUCH EMULATION!

  • Yes, thank you, I can read... can you? He said he played the entire game on a Gamecube emulator... he never said that he played the Gamecube version, though. I might have used bad/stupid wording, but my logic is not flawed in this case.

    I'm guessing it's just in there as a joke because, like I said, playing an emulation of an already emulated game is bad and dumb.
