Conceptual iPad 3 Makes Real One Look A Sad Turd

This is a video of a conceptualized iPad 3 from Aatma Studios. It has cool features like an edge-to-edge screen, magnetic sensors with near field communications (for attaching more than one unit together so they can interact) and a 3D holographic display for multiplayer games. The real iPad 3? It's gonna have a sharper display, a faster processor, a nicer camera, possibly 4G connectivity, and SIRI assistant. Those sound more like iPad 2.5 improvements than iPad 3 ones to me, but what do I know? I'm not an industry professional. Or any kind of professional really. I went to a job interview a couple of weeks ago with ketchup all on my shirt. You know what I told the interviewer? It was blood. His, from the future -- after I found out I didn't get the job. Fingers crossed I hear back soon!

    So we can only dream about stuff we can make right-freaking-now? Boring.

  • Can we just cut the 4G nonsense? 4G is a myth, what ICT we have in place can barely handle "3.7G", let alone the modern 3G networking, so as much as we want to call the next new set of toys 4th generation, they'll just be faster while the older iPhones would forcibly be made slower with those incriminating updates so as to make the "Faster better network" seem just as real.

    These conceptual videos are stupid. I could make a concept do fucking anything. It's basically "let's pretend" for adults.

    And the linking screens idea is alright. But it wouldn't work like that. It would make the first image larger, not add on to it. Unless the second iPad had a file of the same scene at the same time taken from a slightly different angle for a panoramic effect. And don't get me started on the 3D garbage!

    How do you think stuff gets invented, someone had to imagine it first right?

    I don't know about you, but I don't know everything, so I can't know if someone has already came up with such technology, but to me, it sounds feasible.
