This is a picture of Cartman spotted IRL in Chicago. Apparently brobro dresses up like him on purpose, and is a good sport about posing with people and letting them take pictures. The person that took this one? They opted for the ol' "pretend to be texting" move just to be safe. GOOD ONE, SISSY.
