It really looks like that plane is taking a wee on that car.
Lucky effing cars!

Flickr comment explained it. Cars tow gliders to help them take off, if cable snaps glider crashes. Watch out for crashing gliders.

Duh, the plane is obviously peeing. It's R.Kelly's plane.

If its a glider why does it have a propeller? Not trying to cause trouble, just get to the real reason behind the sign.
Looks more like you shouldnt park here as the road is near the end of a runway and if the pilots rubbish he may not clear your car...

You guys are hilarious, and posts like this are why I love you.

Actually, yeah, sorry, should have read it more clearly. It is the glider thing but its not the cars that tow them its other planes. This is a picture of a plane that has just towed a glider into the air and is now dragging a loose wire behind it, hitting some poor car.

It also could be a reference to banner-tow operations, where a plane will fly very low, drop a hook on a line, and try to hook a loop attached to one of those banners that you see towed through the sky that say things like "EAT AT JOE'S" or "JESUS SAVES" or whatever. That involves a tricky maneuver that sends the hook swinging down at the ground, not to mention the plane itself flying just a few tens of feet off the ground at the time. I once parked my car next to a runway at an airport where a pilot was doing this and watched for a while. I wasn't in the line of fire, though, so I don't think I had to worry about the hook crashing through my window.

I think it looks more like "danger! A plane could piss on you at any moment"
